1949: Oscar Thompson opened Thompson Sheet Metal and Roofing Service on 416 N. Clay Street.
1979: Oscar's son, Roger Thompson took over the business and began doing commercial work.
2000: Todd (President), Jim (Vice President) and Jay (Treasurer) Thompson purchased the business from Roger.
2001: After 52 years, Thompson Sheet Metal moved to 1756 University Avenue.
